You've been so kind to me

You didn't judge me

You've never said a word against me

You almost seem to enjoy my company



You smile with me

You laugh with me

You whisper the world's hylarities in my ear

You've been so good to me



Little wonder I'm attracted to you

Do you have a clue? Or are you blissfully unaware?



What am I to you?

What could I be?

Could I be yours?

Or will all I be is your funny little friend?



Your friendship is wonderful

Please, don't get me wrong

But sometimes, I can't help but wonder

What your lips would feel like against mine



Could you hurt me?

You seem to good to be true

Are you real? Do you exist?

Or am I making you up, a delusion of my mind?



Will you give me a chance?

Will you give me a challenge I can overcome?

Or will you be like everyone else

And walk away for god?
