Rain No Longer

Other Clouds remain shut,
Dark and rolling
No drops fall from the sky,
Except for one.
Rolling down my face,
That single drop of rain
Falling like a tear,
A tear I cannot shed.
This shallow hole they placed you in,
It's not worthy of your body
That drop falls down,
Upon the fresh earth.
These are my tears,
They're only for you
This small, lonely droplet,
Is rain.. no longer.
