Romeo / Juliet and the Coin Flip

Romeo / Juliet and the Coin Flip

Think not of the scars

The depth of the blade

Think not of romantic

Sonnets portrayed

Think only the blood, the anquish

The pain

The morrow will bring

While perished in flames

And meet with you there

There at the Gate

The Master of Souls

The nameless knicknamed

"For where art thou,

Sweetest Romeo?"

But tied to my tether

My tether below

"For parting be

Not such sweet sorrow"

As starlight descends

And balconies follow

Unto the depths

Where you react this way

Re-inact this scene

You will each day

Think not of the scars

The depth of the blade

Think the obverse and reverse

Identical, I say

No matter how flipped

The coin the same

Infinite in side

Depth and shame
