Living my life and trying to live it right
Fighting through my days like im some sort of white knight
Studying and doing home work way past mid night
While trying to teach these kids not to give up this fight called life
Ima college student by day and a grinder by night
People tell me thats wrong i say then define right
I smoke weed to give my mind some ease
Because no matter how hard I try no one is ever pleased
I am not perfect i wasn't born with cheese
But I'm not a bad person I'm no thief
College is far from a breeze
College is about studying hard on the week days
And getting cross faded on Fridays
I have goals people say i won't meet
I mean even if I fall ill get back on feet
I will meet my goal even if I have to lie steal or cheat
If i fail ill do it again and again like I'm on repeat
They say it won't work its like insanity
I say shut up don't talk to me
They say you want to own a record label
There no way you will be able
I hate how I think they are right
no wait thats wrong sparks ignite
There is no smoke with out fire
So believe this i will run a record label and its my true desire
I won't stop next year tomorrow or tonight
But right now I'm just living my life and trying to live it right
