Nothing Saves a Savior

Folder:
Spiritual

Je ne lose dirail?

Nothing saves a savior...

The splinters of wood, the thorns on his head

the fools by his side, by fools laws abide.

A sinner, a saint

a lover, a leaver

he died a death on yonder day.

When dawn breaks again

the saviors world will sin

and time after time

we will pay for our crime.

Author's Notes/Comments:

This is about the lords last minutes on the cross.  Nothing SAVED a savior, but something (or someone) allowed him to rise from the dead.  Je ne lose dirail would translate to "Do I dare to say it?"
