Black and White

No, but really...
Do you even have a clue?
Even just the slightest grasp
of all the spinning that we do
It's like a rollercoaster ride
Inside the circus that's my head
Maybe crazy isn't quite the word
I'd choose, but hey, maybe instead
Could you try a little harder
to eliminate the doubt
Perhaps lean a little closer
Share with me what it's about
And just listen, really listen
to the answers that I give
Though they might be small in verse
The same reaction I forgive
There's a pallet that is waiting
For a reason to be used
Could have painted many pictures
Although darkened and confused
Know that there's an empty canvas
If your colours you will share
But for now I've only black and white
So for now, I shouldn't care

black and white make my world blend to grey!

the grey areas are most often challenging and rewarding to traverse, I really like the cut and dried nature of this poem its not like your usual poems and like the way stylistically you handled this slight directional change. Nice one! Cheers SS
