My grandmother has always loved music instruments, since my father was little she made him and his brothers play instruments, she always had a collection of all this old instruments that she loved, because there were the ones they used in her times, like for example a marimba, a triangle, and even a xylophone. Of all the instruments she had, there was this guitar that she totally loved, there wasn’t a day that we came in and visit her that she let us used her special guitar “Eustacia”, that was the name she gave her. Her love for music and instruments was so big that we even felt encouraged to start playing, I started playing the guitar and my brother drums, my cousins also started playing, I quitted but everyone else keeps playing and some of them even have their own bands. There was this time that out family got invited to this big event in a ranch, I don’t really remember who told her to bring her guitar to play something for the party, she agreed, not wanting to but she did. So the sky turned black and we were sitting by a campfire, she and some uncles started playing the guitar, we actually had a great time. It was finally time to go home, It was about time, since I was getting kind of bored. She went to look for her guitar, when she realized it was gone, no one knew where it was or who took it, I had never seen my grandma so concerned in my entire life, after we spend some time looking for the guitar, we finally gave up and went home. No one knew who took it and It stayed that way for a week or so, until the guy that invited us to the ranch gave a call and told us he found the guitar behind a tree, grandma felt a great relief and she went immediately there to pick it up, when she arrived she was surprised because that was not her guitar, it was pretty much the same, except that Eustacia had the initials of my grandma carved in the back, but this gave her a lead, no one had stolen it but someone took it by mistake, so at least we knew it wasn’t gone for good. After she called almost everyone that was in the ranch asking who might had taken it, she finally called the right number, the man was so embarrassed he went almost immediately to trade guitars with her, my grandma wasn’t even mad, she was relieved to have the good old Eustacia back with her.
