I'm angry at how far we haven't gotten
When it comes to mankind the darkness

Only to suffer the same tribulations again and again
Nothing is going to change, too few will
Remember, even fewer will care
Makes you wonder how we got this far
Makes you squeeze on to what remains
Makes me think about how long I can hold on
I want to give up
Life was supposed to be better
More enjoyful, more fulfilling, more than
Just simply being, existing for
Another's material gain
