The loneliness of this space

occupies my every second of thought

held steadfastly in place

by feelings, memories, constantly fought

riveted by the cold mad seasons dark embrace



Seems I need you now, as I needed you then

guess you don't have these same emotions

running through you,

As your silence shows this to be true

I wonder,and ponder,was this jist a one-sided mistake?



Someday, I pray, that I'll be released from this path, where the dark embraces my heart,

as if to say, "it understands"

Maybe one day too I will feel...nothing



I thought about you tonight

In a dark room, a world of gloom,...surrounds

And as the lonliness of the soul waited,

with dark embrace in this place,

I turned my face toward the heavens,

embracing the darkness...praying, that I too felt nothing
