Have you ever seen a falling star

just as you looked up at the sky

and you didn't know why

as it was picture perfect



or gazed upon a childs face

shining brightly with all of Gods grace

knew at this moment in time and place

that this was, picture perfect



looked out your bedroom window

with your lover close by

felt that God was looking back from above

at your love there

deep in your soul

and you had to know

that your love was so...picture perfect



watched the setting sun go down

held his or her hand without a sound

lost in your love that would abound

and you knew it true you both had found...love...picture perfect



Had a day without tears or pain

with no one to fight,no one to blame

went somewhere and was glad you came

touched another, that touched you back without shame

looked into their soul with love,

while they looked into yours just the same

and you wanted at this instant to frame

the ambivalance of love...for it was...picture perfect
