As I lay here in my lonely bed
trying to fall asleep
I think back to the past
at all the things I've done

The joy I've had
the sorrow I've carried
The pain I've endured
The mistakes I've made
the good I've done

The children I've borne
and tried to raise right often alone
I think about what I would change
in my life
and realize with all the ups and downs
sorrows and gains
rights and wrongs
bad and good......

I wouldn't change a thing
I've had a rich and full rewarding life
And children that love me the way I am

Yes, God has richly blessed me and I am truly grateful
