Hi Stranger,

How have you been?

How are you spending your days?

How is your job? Are you still working there?

Do you still drive that car from 6 years ago?

How is your mum? How’s your family?

How is the degree you were studying for?

I wouldn’t know as I’m overseas 

And we haven’t talked in so many years 

Thought I’d ask since it’s been long 

I recently heard our song 

Now, tell me how is she?

Is she the girl from your dreams?

The one who holds your hand in your fantasy?

I know it’s not me 

Because I’m not there you see

I was broken I’ll admit but now I’m whole again

I just want to know if you’re happy 

That’s all I ever wanted 

For you to be happy
