Have you ever run off to where you did not belong?
When things in life just went terribly wrong?
Then you find your emotions all scattered around?
Feeling like your whole world is crashing down?
Feeling somewhat cheated, when they fit you the crown?
cuz somewhere deep inside, you're only denying,
Who you really are inside. And you know this is not where you belong.
Fear is buried deep inside
Scared to reveal how you feel
Not sure on what you can rely
Each time something great happens
You find yourself always denied
It just seems too surreal
As a dream comes true
Dreams are pushed down further within you
You prepare for the worst
Having no idea how this world works
Filled so much with the fear of making mistakes
How many more in this life will I have to face?
