Love? It was a starry night
as a beautiful mist set upon us
we said our good-byes
A tear drop ran down my face
as I felt your last embrace
of your soft hands upon my face
It's going to be hard to face having you no where near
as we shared a beautiful dance, remembering the laughs
of the people who said we would never land up here
We always knew we would see eachother in the coming years
but still there were tears
because we knew we would no longer be near
As the night went on
we held eachother tight
We knew for now it would be so long
until the years brought us back
to love one another again
We knew one day
the future would allow us to continue on
