Self-awareness is the crux of generating prosperity within your path for any of life's most challenging facets. Knowing your strengths, weaknesses, and surroundings...and knowing how to carve out your success story is as exhilarating and exalting as it is questionable and fear-inducing. There's no other way more rewarding to achieve what YOU want to accomplish with your time here.

That said, find the people in your life that share the love and courage with you that resonates on your most sincere level. In turn, sacrifice your time and effort to do the same for them. Don't disregard the ones that don't share their heart, but also don't allow them to coax you into a connection that's based on words, and not actions. Try to open your heart and offer second chances occasionally, because sometimes..over time...lessons can be learned, and wounds can be healed.

Share your wisdom boldly, assuredly, and tell people what they need to hear..and not what they want to believe. And lastly, don't stand idly by and watch the world live while you're on the bleacher seats (or, in the instance of Facebook, watch the lives of those around you day-by-day, status-by-status).

I'll admit that one has been a challenge of mine for a long time. but I'm hopeful when moments like this arise and I feel a certain clarity - a tranquility that cannot be artificially flavored - that I'm going to find strength again.
