Promise
You came and just like everyone else you promised.
promised to listen,
promise to be there for me ,
promised to protect me from harm,
I believed you,
You were there did everything you promised.
But you also did one other thing that I wish everyday you did not do.
I found you with her in your room.
Since that day I wonder why you promised the things you did.
You told me that you loved me that you would not hurt me.
but now all I can do is sit here and hope that I do not fall for the promises like the ones you gave.
