Once upon a time,

There was a time;

A time to work,

A time to play,

A time to study,

And a time to pray.

Once upon a time,

There was a time;

A time of wonderful smiles,

A time to bring joy to others,

A time when people is your world:

Friends, parents, brothers and sisters.

Because once upon a time,

There was a time;

A time when you are young,

A time when you are innocent,

A time when the world is unfair

And you don't even care.

Now there's only a time,

A time to work,

And another time to work.

There's never a time to play,

A time to study, nor a time to pray.

The world is now your world,

And the world is still unfair

But now you care

Because once upon a time,

There WAS a time.
