Staring into the dark
People gathering around some vacant lot
which seems like the makings of a bad B movie plot
As if some tragic horror occurred from the dark
where no one could see only hear the screams of a bark
From the pain agony and suffering made clear
awaiting the police cars to come hither and steer
Away the crowd before things become too much
and everyone one else trying to gather their hunch
Of what truly occurred on this dark winters night
leaving all who stood there seeing the blight
Leading to the cool breezes stricken demise
and the blowing of the birthday candles surprise
What is this people whisper and say with glee
the birth of something rather unforeseen
Rather it be angelic or demonic is unknown at this time
or even if this infant is the beginner of this crime
