Past the all the people and their homes,
Past where wild animals do roam,
There is a place to which beauty is bound;
A place, not lost, yet cannot be found.
Beyond the way of life that we all know,
Beyond the places that a map can show,
Far away, somewhere there lies
A place unseen to any eyes.
This place, a place where love frolics about,
Where the hatred and sorrow of the world is shut out.
This is a place where happiness thrives,
And fear and anger cannot survive.
Beyond the moutains and the trees,
Lies a place that sets your worries free.
Beyond the concepts of the human mind,
There is a place most wish to find.
Past the steel machines and concrete ground,
Past the city streets abuzz with sound,
There is a place where troubles melt away,
A place I hope to find someday.
Yes, far away, somewhere, there lies
A place unseen to any eyes.
This is a place to which beauty is bound;
A place, not lost, yet cannot be found.
