Meeting GIHS 4-25

Folder:
2006

Take a step

Open your eyes

What is it that you see?

Dirty tiled floors

Covered with scuff mark history

A spilled and bubbling beverage

Creeps down this narrow hall

While pencil lines and posters

Find themselves upon the wall

Stone brick walls surround

Memories of years that have long gone

Along with those past portraits

Of principals once looked upon

Pencils and pens

Crumpled gum wrappers

Old homework assignments

And note cards on the ground

These items all help to display

The shining, glistening high school

We visit day to day
