All of the cracks that you fall down,

are on the ugly side of town.

Where moss grows well on the factory wall.

And the unfortunate things are often heard to call,

"I never meant it this way! Never meant it at!"

But the Earth spins on and on

and every sentiment felt is a sympathy gained.

Oh you can tell she`s well trained from the way that she cries,

"I`m getting it out `cos don`t want it inside me!"

A distance glistens in her eye.

"I`m letting it out cos don`t know what`s inside me!"

A spirit shakes the cage inside.

All of the faces you choose to pull,

are completely understandable.

Considering your current state of mind,

it wouldn`t surprise me if you tried,

To swear you`re not wrong, never wrong at all.

But the world turns on and on

and every sentiment felt is a sympathy gained.

And i can tell you`re well trained from the way that you cry,

"I`m getting it out `cos don`t want it inside me!"

A distance glistens in her eye.

"I`m letting it out cos don`t know what`s inside me!"

A spirit shakes the cage inside.

And this one always comes too late, it`s just her habit.

A million miles from heaven`s close enough,

But if i`m not right, i`m still on your side.
