The fork lies in the road, should I go left or or should I go right,

Should I follow my heart, or follow the distant light?

Will I fall into the black or crawl my way into to white?

As I slowly vanish into the mysterious night.



The day full of light, with a Sun so polite,

The night full of darkness, my mind full of fright.

Just hoping that every thing for me will be alright,

As I cautiously vanish into the mysterious night.



Trying to find myself with all my might,

With a body so young, yet a soul so trite.

I'm finally ready to venture, my epic voyage begins tonight,

As I heroically vanish into the mysterious night.



I won't mess this up, the plan I will recite,

I'm not nervous or afraid, the enemy I will invite.

Instead of running away, I'll finally stand up and fight,

As I painlessly vanish into the mysterious night.



I can only grow, I have yet to reach my potential height,

I feel so alive; finally got rid of this terrible plight.

I'll keep going forward, even if there's a red light,

As I rapidly vanish into the mysterious night.



My broken wings have healed, they are now ready for flight,

But the diabolical darkness has deprived me of my remaining sight.

I can feel the welcoming warmth, the light is so bright,

As I blindly vanish into the mysterious night.



Sparks will fly, our love will ignite,

After all the nights of separation, ressurection and redemption will finally reunite.

Be my lover again, be my guiding light,

As I joyfully vanish into the mysterious night.



I've made it through, the squeeze was tight,

The battle I fought is over; I survived the fearless fight.

It's time to blow out the candle, to liberate the stringed black kite,

As we forever vanish into the mysterious night.
