A Storms Resolution
I hear and see drops of the now pouring rain
As it pours from heavens above to the ground
Once reflections of formerly felt intense pain
It now seems to be an oh so heavenly sound
As with torrential rain the earth now drowns
I reflect on the former depression of my past
Thankful with sadness I'm no longer abound
Hoping this happiness will now forever last
Watching this reminds me of where I've been
And how far along this good path I've come
Now no longer former depression's set within
As I've now found my forever and eternal one
Funny now it is to reflect on what's passed
What this rain meant and now means to me
Former mistakes of my past will be the last
And with my one eternally I will always be
