The King surged with anger and struck Lillian into silence. He then decreed that each maiden spend one night in his chambers to prove themselves to be his queen. Each maiden from one to twenty spent the night accompanying the king. Lillian was the last of the maidens to accompany the king to bed.
She stood at the chamber doors two guards at her side to keep her from running. after a moment Lillian entered the selfish kings chambers and waited.while she waited Lillian thought up a plan. When the king arrived to his chambers he found the her laying in his bed her back turned and hair pooling in a golden mass, he smirked and climbed into the bed.
After many hours the king had dozed off into a slumber. She glanced to a bowl filled with bright red apples Lillian took an apple and took a large bite from the apple before she placed the peice in the kings mouth wedging it into his throat, kissed his lips and went to sleep. the next morning the king was found dead. His death written off as his own foolishness.
The Kingdom was left without a king and no heirs to the throne, the kingdom fell into chaos. Lillian being the last one to bed with the king was declared their queen. and it was her who sugested a ball be held where princes from all the kingdoms would gather and compete to win her hand and alligience. it wasn't long until she found a husband from the west and soon gave birth to a son and a daughter born on the same day.With that the kingdom rejoiced and prospured being flooded with riches and new life.
