Can't stop the world turning
Answers beyond the fingertip's reach
Can't stop the minds asking
the heart pacing for it knows more
wondering where the mind goes when it races
not beyond the tongues grasp
The eyes blink between scenes
memories and reality
dreams that were not meant to be
others that may still see the light of day
moments that we wish could be forgotten
always there when we close our eyes
day ends night begins day
Our thoughts drift from shattered faith and failed dreams
to unopened future possibilities
tomorrow memories
Yesterday could of been
today still has the chance
take a risk on tomorrow
and live for what's in your heart
