Embrace



We all fall

and we close our eyes

and wait for impact

as we can't find the strength to rise

once more

the ladder to success

just a shadow in the past

yesterday's dreams wrapped in today's regrets

tommorrow seems so distant

like hopes that never become reality



Shattered and broken

on the ground in the dust

pandora inspired

their is a hope that makes us rise

we pull our selves up

and we search the nights

and the days

and sometimes we wait,

but we are always searching

we have lost count of tears

there is a drawer full of old smiles and memories

we try to balance what we want

with what we might eventually lose

and what has already been lost in a time far and long ago



We fall in love

we fall from grace

we fall for each other

and we fall away



we rise

so that we can

embrace the fall
