Before I Awaken Let Me Sleep
The silence is thickening the void
the dream is empty
nothing as it seems
my heart full of tears
my arms empty without you here
the three sisters fate
weave the story
measure the time
cut the thread
I never truly understood the decesions of their ways.
Time will give us answers,
and one day we may learn to except them,
but that doesn't mean that we'll ever know the question.
The past might repeat
you might come back, and
wake me from this dream.
Or I might move on,
but, be it known
for every day we spent my life is changed.
Now unless I awaken on my own,
until you wake me,
let me sleep.
