You can’t stop me now

The wings you clipped grew back

You can’t reach me now

I soar high above you

You can’t catch me now

You were left behind

I have emerged before you

More divine than you ever imagined

You will always remain here

I will leave you here

I will turn my back

Not because I am callous and cold

But because I can’t help you

For you don’t wish to be helped

Your heart is frozen

Cold from your rejection

Of love, of life and family

I pity you

I forgive you now

I don’t fear you now

I am free, you are not

Bound by your torment

You will be lost always

Never reaching peace

Never finding one destination

I find life so beautiful now

Without you in it

Whilst you’re still trapped

In your darkest hour

I forgive you now

Though I wish

Never to see you again

You poor withered soul

I cry for you no more.
