It has been quite a while
When I had this weird feeling inside
I can’t even begin to explain
And grasp it’s full meaning

It is not a feeling of loss
It’s something I just can’t toss
It’s like an abyss without hope
Something on my own I can’t cope.

Slowly I realized life is a gift
With all its sweet mysteries
Mine to discover in all its richness
Yet here I am in my miseries.

And so, with all humility
I raise to God my human frailties
Ony then did I saw a ray of light
It’s when the dark becomes bright

Oh Lord, my God You are Holy indeed!
Please keep me in Your Loving Embrace.
Hold me tight and be my guide
In everything that I do, please stay by my side.
