I am a wondrous sea of emotions

I see the tragedy and sorrow love can bring

I hear the gentle murmur of voices straining to be heard

I cry because everything is not as it seems

I am on a roller coaster of emotions

I pretend to be happy so no one worries

I wonder if I will ever really belong

I feel as if my world is slowly crumbling

I need to know why things are the way they are

I am a shining star in a vast universe

I am an individual and different from all the rest

I wish to be free of the troubles of life

I dream of a place where nothing bad happens but I am too logical to believe it exists

I am but a single drop of water in a puddle with millions
