as my wings five way
I crumble to the ground
tattered and torn.
A lost attempt to grasp
the attention of ever
catching my heart
before you let it fall
my heart, splattered now
on these rocks below..
screaming halt of what
was to be as I watched
you walk away from me
away from my heart
I can't understand you
you said you loved me
with vision so blurry to watch
you leave in such furry
taking everything given
even my love and joy
I would pay the ultimate price
to rid my soul of such torture
see me wreath in pain along
side this heartless stain.
