Moment of Life
A moment of life,
You just wanna give up.
So you take the knife,
And watch yourself bleed.
Nobody understands you.
They say your just crazy.
They don't know what your going through.
They can't feel what you can.
You begin to cry,
Because you feel they don't care.
No matter how much you try,
They still don't see you.
You stop trying in school.
And your parents get mad,
They say you just wanna be cool.
But you know that's not true.
To ease all your pain,
You start doing drugs.
When there's nothing left to gain,
You write a note,
To explain
Everything you've been through,
until that day,
You left the world.
Now everybody is crying,
Because they really miss you.
And everybody is trying,
To make it through each day.
The neighbor is talking
About all of the times
He use to see you walking,
Alone and damaged inside.
The only person who saw it,
Just let it pass him by.
Your parents don't get it,
They said you had a great life.
They never saw the stress,
You locked up inside.
You were depressed,
And all they saw was pride.
