Sitting out on a blanket,
looking up at the stars,
knowing that I'm very blessed
to have a love as true as ours.
The feeling of love you give me
is something I'd never known,
but the day you came into my life
You had to let it be shown.
I see the warmth in your eyes,
and feel your sweet embrace,
I feel all your love for me,
and it puts a smile upon my face.
I hear the words you say to me
and I love the things you do.
and with every day that passes,
I fall more in love with you.
Was it luck or was it fate
that bound our hearts together
I don't really now for sure,
But I couldn't have asked for better.
