honeysuckle my pussywillow and
pluck my fire and ice from
within my dark soil.
smell my sweet jasmine
every time you pick my berries.
never lilac to me or
leaf me for lilies.
love me smooth like petals.
invade my gardens like dandelions
and i promise you'll get hoed.
hibiscus my tulips in spring
and my roses in summer
and i'll make your 
venus flytrap like a
bird of paradise.
forget-me-not that iris love you
and i vow to always make you blossom.
