You lived your life with respect

Pride and dignity.

You were so strong and yet soft spoken

Part of you lives in me.

I'll never forget how your face glowed

when I would walk into your home

so warm and inviting

never discriminating or speculating.

You were liked by so many

and loved by everyone.

Everytime I would go to leave

You hugged me with all your mite

and would kiss me on the cheek

I know you'll come to see me

every day and every night

when I feel that warmth around me

I know you're kissing me good night.
