Lord Jesus Christ, my Bright and Morning Star:

have mercy upon me the sinner.

The light and warmth my soul needs, so that it may thrive,

exist only in You, Love being Who You are.

It appears that ever sincere prayer springing from godly sorrow is a/the publican's prayer unique to the petitioner at the foot of the Great Throne.
