This bitter pain in my heart,

throbbing so hard,

with blood as my tears,

and cramps running sharp!



Still painted here,

here in my heart,

you are still there,

we're not apart.



This is an unconditional chance,

to make things right,

before it's too late.



Let's set our call,

the speech we haven't made.

Let's make it true,

and practice what we say.



Words mean nothing,

only loving actions take heed,

to rebuild the fire,

to plant that old seed!



This isn't the end,

it's still the beginning,

like it always will be for you and I.



There's always hope in the back of our heads,

a chance this summer can show our disguise,

and forget everything that seemed to fail us!



Together we always had a plan,

even if it never happened,

we put faith in imagination,

and never gave up our dreams!



You were the one to help me fight,

through every trial I had in my life!



Lately the sky seems more than there,

it shows me that you're still partly here,

so please listen to what I have to say...

may take a while...

more than one day!



I ask you to have patience,

hold on until you think you can't,

because I do it everyday of my life,

I need you too,

to help me finish this game right!



Please think hard,

pray to God for MERCY,

ask him what's really going on!



Do this just for me,

so this misery is gone!



I feel your words in the pit of my stomach,

and your face is in every star,

every song I hear replay...

thinking back,

singing in my car!



All those nights of going nowhere,

brought us home somehow.

It's like ring around the rosy,

then go back,

and fall down...
