Ignore the right, to make it wrong. Life's too short, because we live soo long . Hate to die, love to kill. Give you sight, to touch and feel. To taste the light, you hear inside. Step outside, to be inside. Live to die, die to live. Repent, so you can sin again. Every clear sky brings you rain. All your confidence, shows your shame. Your heart is soft, soft as steel. Reopen your wounds, so they can heal. Lift me up, to bring me down. Watch the silence, so you can taste the sound. Go get lost, so you can be found. Bring me forward, back to, early that night. Where your strength, caused you to lose the fight. Because your weakness, controls your might. Let go of my hand and squeeze it tight. Kiss me "good-morning", and say "good-night".
I do not
get a lot of opportunity to get onto PP as often as I would like. I am glad I did this afternoon. The poet’s words propose that senselessness of essence, it is like this universe that we spin around within; we orbit around at break neck speeds, but seem to be standing in place held by gravity. We still do not understand gravity where it comes from or why it even exists, only without gravity there would be nothing. It is not that life is easy or not problematic it is undisputed, for example the connection between mind and body, you have written a fine work of art here, and given insight to the affinity of humans to observe and value the world as being divided into two complex categories something akin to mathematics and science. Conversely, there are links between all that we think, at least we think that what see, feel, taste, is what we think is the truth. Poetry is universal it strives for an essence, a grain of truth, a mere miniscule piece of the puzzle. I look forward to reading more of your musings.
Peace
Dylan
