    I feel your presence close to me

      I feel it in the wind by the sea

    I feel the touch of your skin

       I never thought they would win.

I hear your voice in my head

    I hear your heartbeat as I lay in bed

I hear the sound of your cry

    Sometimes I just wonder why.

I miss your smile every day

   I miss your laugh in every way

I miss your loving hugs

    I miss the walks we shared

I knew you were there

I miss the songs we sang

   I miss that bell you always rang

I miss the phone calls we had made

    I just wish that you would have stayed
