I don't need you to rescue me

I'm a big girl

Do you really think I'm that weak

or meek enough to want your protection



I don't wanna' be saved by you

I'm a big girl

better think twice about flying out of the blue

Cause you don't know how strong I have become



And it might be you that needs saving

From this hole that you've climbed down

You've found you just might need a hero

But there isn't one around



Just might be you that needs saving

From these actions that you choose

Might lose yourself inside your presumptions

I didn't ask to be rescued



I don't want or need assistance

I don't want or need to be saved

Keep to yourself your weak insistance

Persistance just leads to shallow graves



I refuse to be your damsel

Your armor's lookin' mighty dull to me

So see your way to another tower

Boosting your ego's got nothin' to do with me
