my heart is amiss and in pieces,

my thoughts are scattered lost,

you held my life together

now i just want, to fall apart,

my heart is broken, with a love undying,

reminding me of the way that it was,

because of you,

i'll never be the same, dealing with this loss,

my biggest fear, is that you'll wake up in a dark place,

afraid and alone, and not know how you got there

i feel you, in my tears, this pain is so unknown

i wasn't ready, or built to feel this, so soon

as deep as our love goes, my life has stopped

because of you, the up and downs, of the truth

consume, the better part of my days,

bereaved to grieve, the life that's parted

i'm broken in two, and my minds discarded

with memories of you.

i'll miss you forever, and carry you always,

my light, my hope, my one, my own.

i love you.
