The Silent Killer.

Clouded eyes, repeated fake smiles
All this time we pass them by
Because we're just far too good
But if only we knew
We think we do
All too well, but as time comes to tell

We lower our heads
And say we never knew
If only we'd listened
Maybe we'd of saved them

A broken life we pass by
To the other side
We say, “It's not my problem”
Let someone else save them
But the clock is ticking
And hope is slipping
Too caught up in our pride
To save a life

You'd think they're fine
By the charade they design
Holding all the pain inside
But our we too good
To see through their eyes
All the shame and lies
As we face the truth
We're all just broken too

So lift your head
And reach out your hand
We'll open up our ears
And start listening

We're all crying
We're all dying
Lets start trying
To understand
What this is about

Lets start loving
And become
The proof that
Love is enough
