Take my hand Lord

Take my hand Lord lead me to the cross.

Take my hand and show me the way to go.

Jesus I am lost in this darkness

please take my hand lead me to the light.

I need to change so Lord take my hand

and led me the right way.

Take my hand Lord

and I will follow you.

Take my hand Jesus

and I will always be on the right path.

When I am ready to come home,

I hope you will take my hand

and lead me home.
