Man of Knowledge

Man of knowledge, no more diverse than age

Colored in difference, much more man than I

Offered me the faceless gift of a compelling history

Antiquity of struggle, hypocrisy, and aristocracy

I understand now, what a local nation could never build

What a million years and prayer could only change

And if this is the end, then here we stand

The man of knowledge and I, we stand here alone. .
