It all seemed as one.
And, he wanted to have some fun.
Day after day after day went by.
It was always the same. Enough to drive one insane.
It was really not fun.
Sometimes, he did cry. There had to be, a better way.
It dragged on and on and on.
It was a long night without the dawn.
A blues song he wanted to sing.
It was never great in Wyoming state.
There was never anything new.
He decided what to do.
There was never a lull. The place was so dull.
So old was his face. He needed a new place.
His options he did mull.
Impossible to know when one day ended and
the next began.
All day, all night. There was no end in sight.
So, he ran.
He jumped a train to Colorado.
Yes, that's where he did go.
The Colorado train. Took him away from the pain.
