SHE'S GOING AWAY

Folder:
COUNTRY POEMS

She's going west by wagon train.

                           It's a real pain.

              I did'nt have a voice.  I did'nt have a choice.

                       She and her family too.

                               I'm blue.

I, without her, have nothing to do.

She and her family.  All that's left is me.

I asked her not to go.  She did not want to.

Her parents were the ones who said no.

                   They're exploring the frontier.

            I have fear.  I shed a tear.
