INSCRIPTION ON A GRAVESTONE

Folder:
GRANDPARENT POEMS

                         A rose placed upon

                                the giant stone.

I remember for one final time, I looked upon your face.

One last time, I did embrace.

For all you are, for the man who travelled so far.

The man who traveled by boat.

Who never did sink, and always did float.

A man finally in his heavenly home.

                               So many people cry,

in memory of this man who did try.

A man who to so many, was so much.

A man who to so many, did touch.
