I wonder about his parents.
I wonder what they thought of that,
of him wearing that hat.
What did his parents want for him?
When they looked at him, I wonder what they thought.
What did they think, when they thought of him?
I would love to ask his mother.
I would have loved to have asked his father.
I am sure they were very proud of the man he became and the love he had for his family. John Denver was great and left to this world many beautiful pieces of his heart in his beautiful music.
