COUNTRY POEMS

                     Today,

I had a woulda, coulda, shoulda, rather not kind of day.

a woulda, coulda, shoulda, rather not kind of day-a.

A day I never should have gotten out of bed.

A day that felt worse than falling and hitting my head.

A day that several times, oh, ny face was red.

     Y-yeah.

a woulda, coulda, shoulda, rather not kinda day.

a woulda, coulda, shoulda, rather not kinda day-a.

I thought a boy was a girl, it was because of his hair.

His mother just had to stare.   I felt the world glare.

I missed the train, what a pain.  The bext train was

     late, was this fate?

My boss yelled at me, what is this, a conspiracy?

a woulda, coulda, shoulda, rather not kinda day-a.

a woulda, coulda, shoulda, rather not kinda day-a.

I fell in the mud in the box of sand, truely,

     that was  unplanned.

In the house of Japan, I hit my head on a light,

     is the end in sight?

a woulda, coulda, shoulda, rather not kinda day.

a woulda, coulda, shoulda, rather not kinda day.

          My co-workers hate me.

They say I stare; They say how dare I.

They say I don't clean.  They say I am mean.

Oh, things about me, they say more.

On me, they have shut the door.

They are all trying to get me fired.

Of this game, I am tired.

          It is really a pain.

I do not know what it is about.

But, I am not going to pout.

          I am out of time.

I can't think of another line.

I can't think of another rhyme.

               Yes, today, it was a

a woulda, coulda, shoulda, rather not kinda day-a.

a woulda, coulda, shoulda, rather not kinda day-a.
