MAMA, MAMA

                    Mama, mama, tell me please.

This is what I want to know.

                    Mama, mama, tell me please.

This is what I need to grow.

Mama, why is the sky blue?  Why is something called new?  How much is a few?  Why is the grass green?  Why is the park called Dean?  All day what does daddy do and how much is two and two?

Mama, why does a cow moo, what does a nurse do?  what does an alligator say?  How much water is in the bay?  What animals eat hay?  what kind of animal is a kangaroo?

Mama, somebody said "boo" and scared me.  What should I do if somebody dares me?  How can I show someone I care? and will you take me to the fair?

Mama, how can I cross this busy street or just tie my shoe?

Mama, how many boats are in a fleet, and over his head, Max put my sheet.  Can I do the same thing?  There's something under my bed.  How do phones ring?  How big is a plane's wing?

                  Mama, mama, tell me please.

This is what I want to know.

                 Mama, mama, tell me please.

I need this information, so I can grow.

Mama, a mile has how many feet, how long is a while?  What's a file?  Can I have a waterbed?  What is lead?  How do you grow wheat? and do I have to eat meat?

Mama, how can I make my bed or balance these books on my head?  What can do about my looks?  Is Fred a good name for a cat?  Why is that guy fat?  Can I have my bread on rye or do I have to have wholewheat.  There's something in my eye.

Mama, where does all that water go?  Why do you always say no?  How big a bubble can I blow?  How big a bubble can you blow?  how big a hole can I dig?

Mama, is there anything you don't know, where can I find out more?  Why do people snore?  What's below the floor?  Why is school such a bore?  Do you have a favorite chore?

Mama, can you take me to the library, or just to the store?

               Mama, mama, tell me, please.

This is what I want to know.

               Mama, mama, tell ne, please.

I need this information so I can grow.
